Office Manager with 25 years of construction experience. Anne has worked within various disciplines of construction making her a strong asset to the Morton & Wasmer team. In addition to clerical and administrative duties, Anne is responsible for all permitting and on an annual basis she prepares and submits about 60 construction permits. Anne has strong relationships with County and City Building Officials enabling direct communication and faster permit turnaround.
