Superintendent with more than 30 years of construction experience. Having started in the industry as a carpenter, Bobby gained valuable insight from the ‘ground level’ working toward his current position supervising residential and commercial projects with Morton & Wasmer Builders. Bobby has significant “new construction” experience and over 30 years with renovation projects. Projects completed under Bobby’s supervision the past two years include: 2 condominium common area projects valued over $2 Million and 10 private custom condominium residences located within Moorings Park at Grey Oaks. All 10 private custom condominium projects were completed within 5 months attesting to Bobby’s organizational skills, ability to forecast sequencing and aggressive scheduling. As a result of Bobby’s construction experience and strong subcontractor relationships, he accomplishes quality projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
