Sean has more than 18 years of project management experience in the construction and engineering industries. In addition to Sean’s direct construction experience, he served for two years as an Owner’s Representative on several multifamily residential projects in excess of $35 Million where he gained valuable insight from a client’s perspective. Sean served the State of Florida for six years as a publically elected board member for the Collier Soil and Water Conservation District where he gained significant business related experience as the Secretary / Treasurer.
As Chief Operating Officer of Morton & Wasmer Builders, LLC,, Sean is responsible for oversight of estimating, contract and project management.
John Wasmer began in the construction industry in 1975, as a Carpenter Apprentice. After several years working and developing under the guidance of a master carpenter, John became a Carpenter while working on numerous custom homes. Working as a Carpenter in the field for more than 12 years, John eventually moved into the supervisory field, coordinating all aspects of the building process. Maintaining project logistics and project schedules through coordination of numerous subcontractors and paying strict attention to detail was required during John’s supervisory years. These experiences gave John direct knowledge of all construction components required for a successful project.
Since 2001, John has managed numerous custom built homes including new construction, residential additions and renovations.
